Ready for an overload of nostalgia?
There's something magical about the old DOS games. Game developers in the 80's and 90's didn't have high-definition audio and video at their disposal - hell, I remember when 16 colours was the greatest thing since Space Food Sticks and Tang! These games come from a time when everything in home computing was brand-new - and every manufacturer was doing all they could to make sure that their own special way of doing things would become the next "Industry Standard". There were so many different types of PC on the market that we needed to be able to configure graphics and sound for our particular setup before we could sit down to play anything.
